Pop-up Dinner - Yards of Yorkshire - charcuterie & cheese
This is a unique opportunity to enjoy the very best Yorkshire charcuterie and at least 12 wonderful cheeses from God's Own County selected and served by Yorkshire Food Finder's Sur & Aidan Nelson at Yorkshire Ales in Snaith.
Aidan's renowned Yorkshre cheese board regularly features blue and sheep milk cheeses from Shepherds Purse, cheddar and continental style cheeses from Botton Creamery, Newcomer Whitby Chees Co's Endeavour & Sandsend; Goat milk cheeses from Hawes based Ribblesdale and classics from the Wensleydale creamery, also in Hawes, Swaledale, Barncliffe Brie from Shelley in West Yorkshire also feature.
Sue's selection of Yorkshire charcuterie brings together continental style delights from Lishman's of Ilkley and Three Little Pigs chorizo from Thixendale. british style charcuterie will include hand-raised pork pies, sausages and more
In both cases the stars of the show - cheese and charcuterie - will be served from boards each at leas a yard long. Yorkshire Food Finder will provide tasting notes explaining the provenance of every item on the board.
You can't have cheese and chaarcuterie without pickles and chutneys. We will be showcasing the best of the best from Puckett's Pickles, Bracken Hill and Botton alongside Yorkshire Food Finder's Yorkshire tomato ketchup.
