Brindon Addy has been a butcher all is working life, going it alone with his award winning retail butchery in 1993 at the ripe old age of 24. Now, Brindon's butchers are renowned in the Holmfirth area and are clearly delivering quality in all they do. Meat is locally sourced, always from ethically reared livestock and properly aged before it is offered to consumers. But, Brindon Addy is more than a supplier of fresh meat, offering a great range oc bacon, saudages pies and pasties.Restaurants, including Tim Bilton's Spiced Pear at Hepworth are proud to say that they buy their meat from Brindon Addy.
