Producers - St Quintin's Creamery

Sarah and Peter Burdass run St Quintin's Creamery offering 100% local milk, farmed, processed and packed direct from their Yorkshire Wolds farm. The creamery makes sustainable products based around the herd of Holstein/Friesian cattle, which are regulated by a high welfare system. The couple believe milk should be drunk as fresh as possible which is why the majority of their products go from cow to customer in under 48 hours. The business has recently expanded and installed a spring-fed bottling operation to produce its own St Quintin's Spring Water, naturally filtered using the Wolds chalk line.
